Ledgent Finance & Accounting is Hiring an AR / Collections Specialist Near San Ramon, CA
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong collection skills
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Spanish as a significant advantage
- Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred but not required)
- Moderate Excel skills, including formatting and data exporting
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain organized workflow
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes
